CARRYING HOPE

Did you know that most children who enter the foster care system don't get the chance to bring their own belongings with them?

Carrying Hope is a nonprofit that aims to provide all children entering the foster care system with items like clothing, toys, and other necessities to be comfortable and safe during their transition.

There will be a donation tree up in the Lamar lounge and 1st floor Marathon lounges from November 11th to December 13th where you can pick out individual items or full packs of items to donate.

Simply purchase the item(s) and bring them to the office unwrapped and leave in the donation boxes (locations to be announced)!

If you're interested in reading this, or any of the personal development books from previous months, stop by our internal library next to the clear Dev door at Lamar! To check out a book or for further information, slack Sarah Bugh.
